Obituary of Arthur L. Young

Arthur L. Young Jr., age 88, of Edina, died Nov. 28, 2016, of complications related to Alzheimers. Preceded in death by parents, Arthur Sr. and LaVerne and son, Scott. Survived by wife, Shirley “Sandy”; son, John; grandchildren, Madeline (JunHwa) Moon and Spencer; great-granddaughter, Juliette; sister, LaVerne (Ron) Shipka and daughter-in-law, Guyanna Young. Worked as a youth actor/model. Also worked for J. Walter Thompson Adv., Armour & Co., Green Giant, Cigna and Century (Cuna) Insurance. Memorial svc. Sat., Jan. 14 at 2 p.m. at St. Stephens Episc. Church, Edina. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Church or donor’s choice.
