Obituary of Terri Lee Connor

Teresa (Terri) Lee Connor, age 53 passed away on December 12, 2016, at her home in Maplewood, MN. Terri is loved and survived by her husband, Kevin Osmundson, her kitty babies Daisy and Sailor and her siblings: Pat (Debbie) Connor of St. Paul, MN; Kathleen (Bill) Ryals of Winchester, VA: Carol Connor of St. Paul, MN; Kevin Connor of Royston, GA; Mary Jo (Mark) Wright, Freeport, IL. She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Joann Connor of St. Paul, MN; her two brothers, Michael Connor and John Charles Connor. Terri was born on July 2, 1963 at Ellsworth Air Force Base, SD. She graduated from Highland Park Senior High school in 1981 and Metropolitan State University, St. Paul, MN in 1999 with a degree in Accounting. She then worked as a Senior Accountant for Health East Transportation until 2010. Terri and Kevin were married on August 12, 1995. The couples greatest love and strength came from faith, family and friends. They shared the enjoyment of golfing, cheering on the MN Twins, boating, fishing, softball, exploring nature’s wonders and spending time at their lake cottage. Her family and friends will always remember her strength, positive attitude, her Irish temperament and her courageous fight for life. Kevin and family would like thank Dr. Erica Warlick and the University of MN Bone Marrow Transplant doctors and health professionals, for their expertise and excellent care. With a special thank you to Jeff Streetman of Aledo, TX for his generous life saving donation of bone marrow. Terri was also loved by her mother-in-law, Phyllis Osmundson of Fargo, ND, sister-in-law, Karla (Rusty) Abdo of Dilworth, MN, brother-in-law, Todd (Deb) Osmundson of Fargo, ND, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and supportive friends. An Irish Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, December 17, 2016, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Tavern on the Ave, 825 W Jefferson Ave, St. Paul, MN. A Memorial Service to follow in mid February. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Terri’s life. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Be the Match, Caring Bridge or the American Cancer Society.
